The SC Class System

Politician: This class type occupies the role of Administration. They will be for some examples, Executive Officer, Darth, Division Leaders, etc. They are responsible and answer to the people (Citizen Class) of SC. They are charged with interpretation of our Constitution and are to translate that interpretation to SC member’s daily Xbox Lives.

Soldier: This class is the on the field Leader. This class can be a Squad/Team leader, a member of any competing team or single competition. Basically this class is the military part of SC. This class is charged with defending the honor of SC and brings pride to the People of SC.

Citizen: This class is the casual player. They attend SC events, take part in the forums discussions, political votes, and creative(Movies, Graphics, Website stories). This class is not required to do any thing except to Vote on issues/elections.

All Members carry 1 vote per election/vote. No exceptions.

SC Positions

Creator: Founder of The Shadow Corporation and originator of the clan Democratic system. The creator, currently held by ShadowTSI is a lifetime position.

The creator has power to do anything within the clan and its structure. The creator can alter any deal or agreement, this position can overrule the Constitution if need be. This position lies dormant unless called upon or is awakened by a system wide or clan wide emergency. This position has broad power when awakened. The creator will not be active unless above conditions occur.

Darth/ Politician: Darth is the elected leader of SC. This person will abide by the Constitution as this person sees fit.This person will oversee including but not limited to, Forums activity, Clan Match activity, Recruitment, and any other duties that arise. This person must be able to adapt to current games and make sure there is an established team in member requested games. This person will handle any and all issues arising within the clan’s people. This person is also to keep records of recruits and team changes. This position is to make sure all teams are fighting at least twice per week. This position will also be sure to schedule a fun event for its members once per month. Darth has the ability to delegate above duties and any other clan jobs to members as this person sees fit.

Executive Officer/ Politician: Appointed position by the elected Darth. There must be four on duty at all times. The (XO)’s have the ability to over rule The SC Leader only with a unanimous vote from all XOs. This balances the power of Darth. If the Darth is over ruled by the XOs the Darth has no choice but to abide by the XOs. The Xos are also Darth’s servants. They are the vessel in which the Darth delegates responsibilities to. The XO is there as Darth if Darth is not present. This position is charged with the same duties as the Darth.

The four positions are:

Executive Officer of Recruiting
Executive Officer of Gaming (Competitive)
Executive Officer of The Community (Forums)
Executive Officer of Gaming (non-Competitive)

Appointed SC Positions

Division Leader/ Soldier: This person is in charge of all teams within the DL’s specified game. (Example: SC Noname is DL of Gears of War and the 2 teams within that game.) This person is to over see the teams within the game and process personnel requests from Team Leaders. This person is make sure all teams play at least 2 clan matchs per week.

Team Leader/Soldier: This person is in charge a Team of 6 (4 Starters and 2 Alternates). This person devises the strategy and gameplay for matchs. This person will also run practices and organization of clan matchs. This person must know or be trained in Gamebattles and other online clan match websites.

Team Member/Soldier: This person’s sole responsibility is to show up ready to play at designated times set by superiors.

Member/Citizen: No responsibilities except to vote. Have fun!
